Cancellations

Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 10 days prior to the event. An administration fee of $100 (incl GST) will be incurred for cancellations. A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 9 days prior to the event. Substitutions can be made at any time before the event without penalty.
